He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Waters and Beatrice Hamilton (Richardson). He is survived by: his wife Alma Waters; his children, Cindy Gann (James) of Huntington, Jamie Brown (Jimmie) of Rudy, Stephanie Samuelson of Rudy, Sunny Sparkman (Len) of Cabot and Joe Pacherco of Tahlequah, OK; and his siblings, Alma Mae Smith of Sallisaw, OK, Margie Ming and John Hamilton of Liberty. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
