He was predeceased by: his son Patrick Huffstetler; and his parents, Jack Sr. Huffstetler and Wanda Huffstetler (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Teresa Huffstetler (Besley) of Oklahoma; his sons, Joshua Huffstetler (Crystal) of Mulberry and Jacob Huffstetler (Preslie) of Uniontown, B. J; and his siblings, Patricia Huffsteter of North Carolina, Charlotte Adams of North Carolina, Marsha Yasin of North Carolina and Steven Huffstetler of Rudy. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
