He is survived by: his children, Linda Lovell (Ronald) of Pocola, Jason Wormke of Alma, Kevin Wormke of Rudy and Kenny Wormke (Talisa) of Van Buren. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
