She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Childers and Eunice Childers (Pittman); and her siblings, Florence Smith, James, Virgil, Charles and Billy Childers.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Westphal; her children, Martha Westphal (Lonnie Floyd) of Westville, Susan Efurd (Larry) of Cedarville, Carl Leonard Westphal of Alma, Ronald Westphal of Rudy, Kenneth Westphal (Tammy) of Mountainburg and James Westphal (Janelle) of Rudy; and her brother Bobby Don Childers (Mary) of Alma. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
