He was predeceased by: his sons, Lee, Bobby and Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Lori, Dawn of Louisiana, Lisa of Oklahoma, B. J., Sherry of Arkansas, Leslie of Texas, Billy of Indiana, Christopher and Gregory of Arkansas; and his siblings, Denise of Indiana and Mike of Virginia. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
