He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brothers, Jerry Lynn Hudgens and Dennis Hudgens of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his children, Wayne Hudgens (Tonya) of Hot Springs and Nikki Hudgens Cook (Billy) of Metairie, Louisiana; his stepchildren, Bill Fortenberry of Hot Springs and Missy Hudgens Newcomb (Robbie) of Royal; his grandchildren, Dakota Cook and Cheyenne Cook; and his stepgranddaughter Danielle Hudgens of Ashley Newcomb. He was also cherished by niece and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.
