He is survived by: his wife Debra Harvey; his son Leslie Harvey; his stepson Terry Cross; his grandchildren, Jacob Cross Harvey and Hollyn Petty Harvey; his brother Rick; and his sister-in-law Nancy Harvey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
