He was predeceased by: his parents, Ercil Mullins and Ganie Mullins (Bartlett); his wife Janette Mullins; and his daughter Ronda Mullins. He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Bales (Brian) of Royal and Janet Pruitt of Malvern; and his brothers, James Mullins (Rita) of North Carolina and Larry Mullins (Sally Jo) of Kentucky. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
