He is survived by: his wife Linda Hutter of Royal; his children, Roger (Linda Hutter), David (Janet Hutter), Chuck (Heather Kitchens), Ruthie (Michael Loy), Joeanna Lowe of Little Rock and Susie (Lee Davis); his grandchildren, Steven Hutter, Jonathan Hutter, Jared Hutter, Kaylinn Hamby, Blake Loy, Benjamin Loy, Daniel Lowe, Brad Lowe, Sarah Lowe, Jenny Finney, Kayla Tillery, Andrew Davis, Cole Kitchens, Tara Greeley and Brennan Kitchens; his great grandchildren, William Hutter, Brooklynn Loy, Kinsley Loy, Olivia Loy, Breanna Lowe, Colton Lowe, Cassie Lowe, Paislee Finney, Spencer Finney, Brayden Sears, Hunter Tillery, Huntlee Tillery, Hallee Tillery, Garner Davis, Rylee Davis, Henslee Davis and Addison Greeley; his brother Robert; and his sister-in-law Lillian Hutter of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
