He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ellis "Bob" and Rosa Isabelle Davis Hunter; his niece Donna Day; his nephews, Cliff Day and Andrew Day; his brother-in-law Harold Day; and his parents-in-law, Carruth and Dorothy Green.
He is survived by: his wife Rita of Royal, Arkansas; his daughter Michelle; his son-in-law Kent Hunt of Hope; his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Sheri Hunter of Cypress, Texas; his grandchildren, Raven Taylor of Texarkana, Taylor Jester (Alex) of Hope, Jeffrey (Abby Hunter) and Kacie Hunter (Will Dreamer) of Cypress, TX; his great grandchildren, Landon, Aidan Taylor of Texarkana, TX, Harper and Cambree Jester of Hope, AR; and his sisters, Bobbie Day of Ashdown, AR, Janice (David Frady), Sandi (Jeff Stovall), Lou (Carl Imhof), Jerry (Marti Dreamer) and Tristan Ferrell of Hot Springs.
