He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Willingham; and the mother of his children Patricia Willingham. He is survived by: his mother Janet Hall Willingham; his wife Kathryn Willingham of Royal; his daughters, Rebecca (Jose Hernandez), LaDonna (Richard West) and Julia Garrison of Florida; his grandchildren, Natalie, Aaron, Elvis, Celeste, Eden, Lacey and Makayla; his siblings, Mike Willingham, Steve Willingham and Margaret; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Scherry of Ft. Smith and Rebecca Dickson of Hot Springs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
