She is survived by: her husband John O'Neal; her children, Johnny O'Neal, Timothy O'Neal, Shannon Terry (Jason) and Shawn O'Neal; her grandchildren, Aaron, Abigail O'Neal, Samantha, Daniel and Ethan Terry; her sister Deborah Alfona; and her nephew David Curtis Cowen.
