It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bert Mitchell of Royal, Arkansas, born in Rosboro, Arkansas, who passed away on September 15, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Denzil Evenda Capps and Bertha Beatrice Sorelle Capps; her husband Robert "Bobby" Mitchell, Sr.; and her siblings, Ray Capps, James Capps, Donald Capps and Donna Mount.
She is survived by: her children, Robert, Jr., Giuliana Mitchell of Royal, Rusty and Joy Mitchell of Oklahoma; and her siblings, Lilly Fisher, Charlie Capps, Mary McKinnon, Jean Mustard, Louise Lowe, Sue Loy and Wilburn Capps.
Social distancing directives will be in place with no more than 100 persons at any one time in the funeral home chapel, avoidance of physical contact and all attendees 10 years of age or older must be wearing a face covering at all times when inside the funeral home.
