He is survived by: his son Adam Noakes of Rocky Mount; his sisters, Joyce Noakes Jordan of Rover and Pam Noakes Doolittle (Ronald) of Monroe, MI.; his nephew Andrew Agnew (Betty) of Jason Doolittle; and his nieces, Erin Young, Andrea Hollingshead (Kyle) and Kathryn Doolittle.
