He is survived by: his wife Janell Fowler; his sons, Donnie Fowler (Hope) of Rover and Jackie Paul Fowler (Holly) of Pottsville; his sisters, Barbara Denton and Carolyn Jones (Mike) of Mt George; his siblings-in-law, Lisa Blankenship of Rover, Debra Lofland (Billy) of Briggsville and Johnny Ray Blankenship (Joyce) of Rover; his father-in-law John Blankenship of Rover; and his grandchildren, Brady Fowler, Airastyn Novinger, Ayden Fowler of Rover, Jayla and Clayton Fowler of Pottsville. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
