She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse James Sinclair and Margaret Louise Sinclair (Ross); her husband Charles William Thornton; and her sister Wanda Jean McCorkle (Sinclair). She is survived by: her children, Rodney Thornton (Lisa) of Bodcaw, Arkansas and Lynn Smith (Mark) of Rosston, Arkansas; her siblings-in-law, Howard Thornton (Judy) of Van Alstyne, Texas and Ginny Thornton Dickerson (Harrel) of Arkadelphia, Arkansas.; and her grandchildren, Jalyn Barba, Alison Gravley, Daniel Smith, John Paul Smith, Orin Hampton, Hannah Ham and Chance Thornton. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
