He is survived by: his children, William Rutherford of Arkadelphia, AR, Rebecca Whitworth and Laura Rutherford; his aunts, Sue Dickson and Jean Poindexter; and his grandchildren, Marcus Krantz, Nicholas Krantz and Shelby Krantz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
