He was predeceased by: his parents, James Amzie and Bessie Sutton Tomlin; his wife Betty Jo; his siblings, Lela Mae Hatfield, Hazel Plyler, Arthur Dale Tomlin, James Amzie Tomlin Jr. (Jim) and James Sherman Tomlin; and his children, Joseph Allan Tomlin and Rebecca Karen Tomlin.
He is survived by: his children, David Tomlin (Brenda) of Sheridan, Jason Tomlin (Kim) of Emerson Arkansas, Linda Patton of Waterloo Arkansas and Pam Frederick (Paul) of Prescott Arkansas; his siblings, Bonnie Lawler of Rosston Arkansas and Jerry Tomlin of Cabot; his grandchildren, Karen Neel, Amanda Frederick, Joseph Gulley (Ashley), Randy Frederick (Kacie), Jeremy Langley and Stephanie Powell; his great grandchildren, Cameron Dillard, Christian Dillard, Morgan Dillard, Kaiden Neel, Blaine Neel, Isaac Frederick, Elijah Frederick and Delilah Tharp; and his great great grandchild Elaine Rose Dillard.
