He was predeceased by: his father John Cash. He is survived by: his mother Onis McKamie Cash; his wife Rebecca McChristian Cash; his children, Cody Cash, Donna and Amanda; and his siblings, Alan (Julie Cash) and Sandra (Mark Milam). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nephews and extended family.
