He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Rhodes and Mildred Hart Rhodes; and his wife Margaret. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Diane Ward (Kenneth) and Connie D. Beard; his sister Pat Roberts; his grandchildren, Amber Dillard (Keith), Nick Ward, Alexis Banks Rothenberger (Josh) and Adrienne Gatlin; and his great grandchildren, Madison Dillard, Breanna Dillard, Abigail Rothenberger, Ainsley Rothenberger, Layne Ward and Addilyn Gatlin. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
