He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Clyde "Jack" Kramer and Genevieve Kramer (Hazelrigg); and his wife Kay Kramer (Barnes). He is survived by: his children, Statler Kramer of Fayetteville and Ashley Jackson (Bradley) of Conway; his siblings, Bill Kramer of Little Rock, Tommy Kramer (Debbie) of Rosie, Bobby Kramer (Cynthia) of Rosie, Beth Ligon of Franklin and Mary Goodman of Rosie; his grandchildren, Kinley Jackson and Connor Jackson; and his close friend Carol Gifford of Rosie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
