He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Andrew Mullens and Norma Jean Turner (Boyd); and his brother Benny Mullens. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Mullins; his sisters, Shirley Waller (Lloyd) and Shonja Wolverton (George); his children, Andy Mullens (Julie), Tammy Bartley (Tim), Alisha Lee (Mark), Christina Tremblay (Patrik) and Bridgette Williams (Cody); his grandchildren, TJ, Rohan, Tate, Ethan, Sam, Hunter, Hanna, Cassie, Colt, Kinsley, Dustin and Jenna; and his great grandchild Vincent. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
