He was predeceased by: his parents, James N. Caldwell and Gladys E. McGahhey Caldwell; his former wife Carolyn Holeman Caldwell; and his sister Shirley Barlow. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Adcock Caldwell; his siblings, James Caldwell and Norma Pettus; his children, Cyndi Berryhill (Merrill) of Benton, Tammy Haile (Brian) of Heber Springs, Karen Cecil (Shannon) of Indianapolis, Brian Hawk (Candy) of Kokomo and Tami Owen (Chris) of Rose Bud; and his grandchildren, Kevin Adcock (Nina), Alaina Adcock, Connor Haile, Kyle Hawk, Matthew Hawk, Nathan Smith, Hailey Sturch (Braden) and Hannah Brannan (Sam). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren, with many relatives and friends.
