It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Etta Carter (Rose Bud, Arkansas), who passed away on May 20, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Captain Howard; and her daughter Susan Steiner. She is survived by: her grandmother Ina Mae Winn Newman; her daughters, Barbara Turner, Deer Park, Pamela Carter-Corn, Rose Bud and Marjie Beth Gregory (Brian); her brother Kenneth Holleman; her grandchildren, Julia Dyson (Randy), Howard Davidson (Christon), Kimberly Middaugh, Sarah Bell (Matt), Amanda Hutchison (Heath), Michael Stiner, Emmalea Von Feldon (Jim) and Bethany Gregory (Derek Masters); and also Vilonia. She is also survived by great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
