He is survived by: his children, David Crockett (Virginia) and Janice Burlison (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Jared Burlison (Lisa), Shane Crockett (Bridget), Jill LaRosa (Tony), Tina Freeman (Brian), Alex, Christopher Burlison, Magen Cornelison (Hunter), Lyla, Finn Freeman, Julia, Michael LaRosa, Liam Cornelison and Ava Crockett.
