She was predeceased by: her great-great-grandparent Kay (Kay Herndon); and also Pops. She is survived by: her parents, Greggory Dale Herndon and Tracey Lynne Bomar; her brother Dylan Herndon; and her great-grandparent Dawn Herndon. She is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Eagle Bank for the Kaytie Herndon Memorial Fund.
