With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Wesley Pearson Jr. of Rose Bud, Arkansas, born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wesley and Fannie Price Pearson. He is survived by: his wife Stella Johnson Pearson; his children, Joel Wesley Pearson, Melissa Sartin (Carroll) and Janet Sanders (John); and his grandchildren, Ty Pearson, Will Sanders, Glenda Hughes, Matthew Sartin, Josh Sartin and Sara Hollemen. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
