He was predeceased by: his parents, Dayton Crockett and Viva Crockett; his brother Jimmie; his great-nephew Tanner; and his niece Brooklyn Rose.
He is survived by: his nieces, Elizabeth Rose (Steve) of Searcy, Julie Reedy (Robert) of Rose Bud and Kristen Mote (Heath) of McRae; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Robby, Brayden Reedy, Avery, Allison Mote, Tyler and Elyn Rose; and his sister-in-law Sharen Crockett of Rose Bud. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
