He was predeceased by: his father Alfred D Starkey; and his brother Douglas Starkey. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Starkey; his brothers, Donnie Starkey (Rita) of Rose Bud, Donald Starkey (Cindy) of Rose Bud and Danny Starkey (Tina) of Rose Bud; his nephews, Scotty Starkey (Shelly) of Rose Bud and Dustin Starkey (Brittney) of Rose Bud; and his brother-in-law Donnie Wortham of Pangburn. He is also survived by 24 great-great nieces and nephews, and host of friends.
