Hopkins, Jr.; her husband Jackie Tapley of Mount Vernon, Arkansas; her daughter Kristen Johnson (Kevin) of Clarksville, Arkansas; her stepchildren, Rebecca Hatfield (Larry) of Heber Springs, Arkansas, Chad Tapley (Mandy) and Brad Tapley (Chasity) of Quitman, Arkansas; and her sisters, Billie Balentine (Garry) of Heber Springs, Margie Hutchins (Carl) of Mount Vernon, Arkansas and Loretta Jones (Tildan) of Grantsburg. She was also cherished by her grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
