He was predeceased by: his parents, Elisha Starkey and Lelia Starkey; his wife Marclean; and his son Douglas Allen Starkey. He is survived by: his sons, David Starkey (Evelyn) of Rose Bud, Donnie Starkey (Rita) of Rose Bud, Donald Starkey (Cindy) of Rose Bud and Danny Starkey (Tina) of Rose Bud; and his grandchildren, Scotty Starkey (Shelly), Gina Anderson (Lee), Crystal Harrison, Rachel Sartin (Matt), Dustin (Brittany) and Desiree Riggin (Tanner). He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
