He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Felton, Sr. and Flossie "Jewel"; and his siblings, Arthur Felton Turley, Jr. and Judith Turley Hyder. He is survived by: his children, Bryan Turley Adams of Charleston, Brooke "Erin" Gerlach (Jordan) of Ravenna and Ginger Simmons (Warren Miller) of Ward, Arkansas; and his siblings, Gene Turley, Sr. (Roseanna) of Little Rock, Janice Turley Edwards of Cabot and Jerry Turley, Sr. (Carolyn) of Alexander, Arkansas. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
