He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Wortham and Ophie Wortham; his brother Garrie Wortham; and his son Michael Wortham. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Wortham; his daughter Stephanie Carter (Adam); and his grandchildren, Easton, Blake and Nolan.
