He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Heidt; his children, Debbie Weidl (Scott), Scott Heidt (Laura) and Nora Simmons; his stepdaughter Christina Lusinger; his grandsons, Joseph Grothe and Dylan Simmons; his nephew David Heidt (Jennifer); and his great-nephews, Connor and Nicholas. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren.
