He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Shirley Billingsley and Mable Johnson Billingsley; his brothers, Don Billingsley and Kenneth Billingsley; and his grandson Justin Duft.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Billingsley of Roland, Arkansas; his children, Michealle Keel (Jimmy) of Milam, Shawn David (Barbi) of Bigelow and Jennifer Billingsley of Roland, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Kyle, Kaitlyn, Delaney, Jessica and Gabrielle; his great grandchildren, Xander, Blaze and Millie; and his brother Steve Billingsley (Lois Carol) of Germantown, Tennessee.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
