He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Conrad and Sadie Ruth Waldo Spatz; and his siblings, Walter, Samuel, Glen Spatz, Gloria Hobson and Evelyn Fleiger.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Winona Spatz; his children, Tina Lawson, Tammy Olson, Teri Marcy and Tony Spatz; and his brother David Walker. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
