He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bert, Anna Munden, Gertrude Buckner (Billups) and Frank Billups; his parents, William Munden and Alice Munden (Billups); his son William "Billy" L. Munden III; and his sister Marsha Ann Fielden.
He is survived by: his wife Catharine (Lowry); his daughter Christine Ludwig (Dan) of Mt. Vernon; his grandchild Courtney Cipolletti (Jake); his great grandchildren, Braylee, Blakely and Brooks; his grandsons, Carlos Cordova (Lexi Moody) and Clayton Cordova (Myla Hembree); his daughter Teresa Ediger (Jeff Bennett) of Verona; his grandchild Kyle Haley (Megan); his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Willow and Wrenley; his grandchildren, Sylvana Haley (Michael Bennett) and Alyssa Haley (Quentin Blankenship); his great grandchildren, Beau and Josie; his daughter Dynae Levingston (Matt) of Branson; his grandchildren, Camryn, Chloe and Cora; and his brothers, Tom Munden of Ava, MO, Gene Munden of Rogers, AR, Don Munden (Melinda) of Mt. Vernon, MO and Victor Munden of Sand Point, ID. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Peterson Funeral Chapel (229 W Church St, Aurora, MO 65605). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church (1120 S Park Ave, Aurora, MO 65605). A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (5201 S Southwood Rd, Springfield, MO 65804).
