He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Dappen and Jeanette Dappen (Dempsey). He is survived by: his wife Carol Dappen of Rogers; his children, Tyler Marr (Amber) of Rogers and Shannon Jones (Ed) of Big Cabin, OK; and his siblings, John Dappen (Patti) of Ralston, NE, Michael Dappen (Tracy) of Omaha, NE, Sharon Klusaw of Omaha, NE and Linda Ostrander (Rick) of Omaha, NE.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandchild, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
