He is survived by: his wife Chieu Shepard; his daughters, Irene Williams (George) of Tulsa, Lynda Simmons (John) of Tontitown and Marie Templeton (Randy) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Madeline Medlock, Max Simmons, Sophie Simmons, Bekah Simmons, Wyatt Templeton and Allison Tipton (DeAndre); his great grandchild Declan Tipton; and his brothers, Ken Shepard (Deborah) of California and Dewayne Shepard (Pam) of Pea Ridge, Arkansas. He is also survived by his family, friends.
