She was predeceased by: her mother Nellie Cash; and her sister Susan J. Penn. She is survived by: her son Robert Nelson (Adele) of Texas; and her brothers, Stephen L. Penn (Patricia) of Rogers and Samuel D. Penn (Kathy) of Pineville, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
