He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Fulton and Marion Fulton. He is survived by: his wife Kim Fulton; his sons, Jeffrey Fulton (Melissa) of Billings, Montana, Douglas Fulton and Lauren of Lewiston, Idaho; his stepsons, Anthony Jones (Tobie) of Bentonville and Steven Jones (Brittany) of Gravette, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Devon, Aiden, Mila, Paityn Fulton, Caleb, Avery, Bella, Atty, Steven II, CJ and Tommy Short-Jones; and his siblings, Michael Fulton (Susan) of Cockeysville, Maryland and JoAnn Matthews of Bridgeville, Delaware..
