Phillips; his sisters, Chelle Joe and Shannan Long; his children, James Coultas, Jazmin Coultas Larimer, Waylon Soptick and Gibson Burradell; and his nieces, Britney Joe and Bayleigh Joe. He is also survived by his aunts, cousins and stepchildren and many friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Benton County Funeral Home (306 N 4th St, Rogers, AR 72756).
