He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Layton and Mamie Layton; his wife Hazel Layton; and his siblings, Jerry, Edward, Thomas, John, Louise, Betty, Mildred, Dorothy, Jacqueline and Patsy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly McCurdy (Charles) of Rogers and Katrina Spence (Christopher) of Cave Springs, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Peyton, Kenna McCurdy, Daxton and Layton Spence; and his siblings, Herbert Ray Layton of Easton and Nell Layton of Nashville, Tennessee. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made in Paul's honor to Gideons International or Lakeview Baptist Church of Cave Springs, Arkansas to continue spreading the gospel to the nations.
