With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mildred Idel Herron (Rogers, Arkansas), born in Hindsville, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 20, 2024 at the age of 105. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Gosvener and Mary Lane Gosvener; her husband Nole Herron; and her siblings, Carlos Gosvener, Paul Gosvener, Jessie Jay, Grace Clark, Fleta Harrison, Susie Ward and Claire Mae Sandlin.
She is survived by: her children, Sonny McGinnis (Judy) of Patrick Community, Loyd Herron of Vaughn Community, Melvin Herron of Decatur, Leon Herron of Avoca, Marcella Hull and Imogene Carr of Grove, Oklahoma. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
