He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Allen and Lois Blanche Fillmore (Bender); the mother of his children Shirley Fillmore; his sons, James Fillmore (Linda) and David Fillmore; his brother Darrell Fillmore; his granddaughters, Allie Williams (Kyle) and Whitney Barry (Kenny); and his great grandchildren, Gideon Williams, Brooks Barry, Kennedy Barry, Blakely Williams and Hadley Barry.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Mae (Wiles).
