She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell Perkins and Una Pauline Sumner; her husband Jack Beaulieu; her brother John Perkins; and her stepson Steve Beaulieu.
She is survived by: her sister Marilyn Rader; her stepson Jon Beaulieu (Cherry); and her daughter-in-law Sue Beaulieu of Portage Maine.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Benton County Funeral Home (306 N 4th St, Rogers, AR 72756).
