He was predeceased by: his son Shane; his sisters, Noretta James and Louise Bridge; his parents, Louis Bolinger and Mildred Franklin Bolinger; and his former wife Linda Fielden.
He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Michelle Musal (Rick) and Justin Bolinger (Joey); his stepchildren, Douglas Curran (Patricia) and Becky Greenwood (Dylan); and his caregivers, Precious and Nekeva. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
