He was predeceased by: his parents, Laban Needham and Myrtle Needham Sr. (Spurling); and his son Bryan Needham. He is survived by: his wife Janice Needham; his children, Karen Vaughn (Richard) of Bentonville, Douglas Needham III (Gina) of Springdale, Michael Needham and Scott Needham (Priscilla) of Tallahassee; and his grandchildren, Megan Shannon (Jeff), Morgan Cloer (Joey), Miranda Cirocco (Peter), MacKenzie Yost (Brendan), Chris Needham (Jamie), Stephen Needham (Erin), Jeff Needham, Greg Needham, Jackson Needham, Davis Needham and Ella Grace Needham. He is also survived by his 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
