She is survived by: her husband James Owens; and her siblings, Betty Booher (David) of Seligman, Ollie Shockley of Rogers, Alfred Rigsbee of Chester, Charles Rigsbee (Edith) of Rogers, Ray Dale Rigsbee (Patsy) of Rogers and Joyce Brown (James) of Decatur. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
