He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Rubin and Farron Rubin. He is survived by: his wife Nathalee; his sister Judy Kistner of Houston, TX; his daughter Jenny Eichinger; his son-in-law Dave; his granddaughters, Hannah and Emma of Cos Cob, CT; his daughter Missy Craig; his son-in-law Bryan; and his granddaughters, Natalie, Annie, Isabelle and Meredith of Bentonville, AR..
